Stuart played with Mark Ronson and Co. on Jo Whiley’s Radio One Live Lounge show at the BBC Maida Vale studios on the 17th July. The band played Mark’s new single “Bang Bang Bang” and a cover of Alicia Key’s “Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart”. Bluey from Incognito recently posted a message on the Incognito forums regarding the new album they are working on.

As you can see from the quote, we can expect two tracks to feature Stu on bass! The album is planned for release in 2010. Exciting times ahead!

Monkey Business

From the 5th of April Stuart will be taking part in a new BBC show for CBeeBies called the “ZingZillas”. The show is slated as a new landmark show for music, and joining the ZingZillas every week is a different musical talent from around the world.

The AZUR Project MySpace Page

Stuart’s first music project after leaving Jamiroquai was the much anticipated AZUR. This was an album created by Stuart and his friend Don-E (who subsequently has his own music career) with very mixed stylistic approach. It has been described as a “R&B come Jungle” style and also features R&B star D’Angelo on one track.

You can find the AZUR Project MySpace page here.

It’s thought that high quality versions of the music will be available soon through iTunes.
