Is anyone here into Muse. I love their bassist's style. Really aggressive and not afraid to use effects and synths. Just wondering if anyone else is into his playing.

I'm definitely in his playing....

he's a great player, with wonderful bass lines (eg. hysteria, hypermusic ....)

It was a great honor to play two muse's song at my first concert yesterday... we have played Time is running out and Cave...

I am also a great fan of Muse. I think they're geniuses. They are so young and so virtuoso...
The bass lines are very innovative, functional, and at the same time exciting and melodic.

Dude... trying to play some of his bass lines will wear your hands out! He's got chops like nobody's business. Granted he doesn't do a lot of the flashy, technical stuff that impresses a lot of us, but he's does those solid, syncopated rhythms that just drive a song. Plus... all fingers, no pick!

Yeh, I really his stuff. His Akai Deep Impact Synth pedal is the coolest thing...
