Just thought I`d say hi and say that it`s great to see people here appreciate what stuart zender`s achieved. I`ve been a fan of jamiroquai since they started and I picked up the bass purely because of zender`s style (I`m originally a keyboard player)

I am a design engineer.......I actually graduated in product design at Brunel about 4 years ago.
Anyway does anyone actually know Stuart Zender and what does he think of this site?
My favourite tunes have to be (in terms of playing them):
Mr Moon
Space Cowboy (single version)
Stillness In time
Hooked Up
Alright
High Times
Too Young to Die
Manifest Destiny
It would be interesting to here you bassists play some zender tunes.......

Delime, Stuart was in frequent contact with me a few months back, but has gone quiet since. Weather he's busy, or waiting for a good time to supply us with the latest info is anyone's guess?
Anyway, im sure at some point he will decide to contact us again when he has the time :P

Hi Simon
How did you get in contact with him? Have you heard him play one to one? The geezer is a legend....I just wished he carried on with jamiroquai. My music is heavily influenced by his playing

Actually, that would be interesting. I'm about to play a live Jamiroquai set myself, and I could try to tape it or something. but then there's the problem with actually gettin it on the computer from an MD.. well, we'll see.
oh, and I'm sorry about not introducing myself like Delime here has done. I'm Thomas Langård, 19 years old, from Oslo. Im a bassplayer myself, and currently working hard to "get out there" as a professional musician. Stuart Zender has been my main influence in my playing, along with Jonny Sjo, Marcus Miller, Flea and Jaco Pastorius. Thanks for lettin me in the forum :)
